Wire bar appplicators

Made of high-quality stainless steel, the wire bar applicators, also know as Mayer rods, drawdown bars or metering bars, allow the easy application of paints, varnishes, printing inks and adhesives, on a wide variety of substrates, such as paper or film, as well as flexible substrates, and will work well with motorised film applicators also.
We offer models for wet film thicknesses from 4 up to 200 microns, and they are available in two lengths: 320 mm effective (400 mm total), as well as 200 mm effective (240 mm total. The diameter is 10 mm.
For the 200 mm model we also can offer an handle.
