The manual sample cutter provides a fast, accurate, safe and simple way to cut circular samples of exactly 100 cm2, e.g. for basis weight determination. The sample is cut by turning the handle 90 degrees. The cutting mechanism is secured by a safety pin when not in use. Supply includes spare knives and a cutting pad.
Sizes available are 10, 50 or 100 cm2, as well as 38 and 140 mm diameter. There is also a special version for board with a cutting depth of 10 mm.
